I have been serving Individuals & Businesses, successfully, for over forty-six years. My approach is simple: we speak, I ask you what is it you want your insurance to do for you individually, and/or your employees?
After that conversation, I will develop either an individual plan(s) just for you, or your employee’s small or large group plans that meet both your personal and financial requirements.
When we both have a complete understanding, we will move forward. This process will move very quickly from there.

On a personal note, I am over 71 and a Grandfather. I enjoy working (probably too much) but like my wife mentions often, “you are like an old, old tree your limbs do not bend”. Well that usually works out for all my clients.
INFORMATION ABOUT GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE.
Make a smart decision when selecting health insurance plans, you have two distinct business choices.
First choice, as an employer in today's environment, you can protect everyone in your company and their families and give them the confidence to help with the high cost of today's inflationary pressures. This will ensure that your employees understand you are looking out for their best interests.
Second choice, the United States Government is now allowing businesses to subsidize their employee's health insurance without penalty, as in the past. This is called ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) This product is extremely popular with employers that have young, healthy people such as restaurants, fast foods, anywhere young people work and should have health insurance. This does not mean that healthy people of older ages shouldn't be offered this plan.
